§ 1. General Provisions
1. The Service Provider and Service Administrator is the "Sejm Roleplay" server administration (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider"). 2. The e-mail address for contact in all technical, formal and complaint matters is: saauf@proton.me. 3. This document constitutes the regulations referred to in Art. 8 of the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 344, as amended). 4. Using the Services is completely voluntary and free of charge.
§ 2. Type and Scope of Services Provided
As part of the Services, the Service Provider enables Users: 1. Identity Verification: Linking your Discord account to your Roblox account using the OAuth protocol to verify uniqueness and synchronize ranks in Roblox groups. 2. IC Profile Support (In-Character): Creating and modifying a fictional character profile for the needs of a role-playing game. 3. Using Bot Features: Access to activity statistics systems, voting systems, tickets (tickets) and automatic role management on the Discord server.
§ 3. Technical Conditions for the Provision of Services
1. To use the Services, it is necessary to meet the following technical requirements: • Having an active connection to the Internet, • Having the Discord application installed with an active user account, • Having an active account on the Roblox platform, • Having a web browser that supports cookies and the HTTPS protocol (to pass OAuth authorization). 2. The User is obliged to use the Services in a manner consistent with the law, good practices and these Terms and Conditions. 3. Prohibition of providing illegal content: It is prohibited to enter into the Services systems (e.g. in IC form fields, usernames or submissions) content that is vulgar, offensive, infringing the rights of third parties (including copyrights) or inciting hatred.
§ 4. Conclusion and Termination of the Agreement
1. The contract for the provision of electronic services is concluded when you start using any Service (e.g. joining the Discord server, initiating the verification process or sending the first command to the bot). 2. The contract is concluded for an indefinite period. 3. The User may terminate the contract at any time with immediate effect and without giving a reason by: • Leaving the Discord server, • Cessation of use of the bot and verification system, • Submitting a request to delete the account (exercising the "right to be forgotten" under the GDPR, which results in permanent deletion of the verification account and IC profile by a system function). 4. The Service Provider reserves the right to block access to the Services (terminate the contract) if the User violates the provisions of this document, the regulations of the Discord platform or the regulations of the Roblox platform.
§ 5. Liability and Availability of Services
1. The Services are provided on an "as is" basis. The Service Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted and completely error-free availability of the Services, in particular due to technical dependencies on external platforms (Discord API, Roblox API, Supabase). 2. The Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily disable or limit the availability of the Services in order to maintain, repair or update the software, about which it will inform Users on the Discord server, if possible. 3. The Service Provider is not liable for damage resulting from: • The User provides false or incomplete data, • Actions or omissions of third parties (e.g. failures of Internet providers, Discord or Roblox platforms), • Using the Services contrary to their intended purpose.
§ 6. Complaint Procedure
1. The User has the right to submit a complaint regarding the functioning of the Services. 2. Complaints should be submitted electronically to the e-mail address: saauf@proton.me or via a dedicated support channel (ticket) on the Discord server. 3. In the complaint, the User should provide his Discord ID (User ID) and a detailed description of the technical problem. 4. The Service Provider will consider the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt and inform the User about the decision by the same means by which the complaint was submitted.
§ 7. Final Provisions
1. The terms and conditions enter into force on July 20, 2026. 2. The Service Provider reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions. Users will be informed about planned changes at least 7 days in advance in the announcement channel on the Discord server. Your use of the Services after the changes come into force constitutes your acceptance of them. 3. In matters not regulated by this agreement, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on the provision of electronic services.
